The Numbers documentary folks asked if I had a mix they could use in my scene. I hadn’t made a proper mix in forever, so I whipped up a brand new goth-ish mix of course!

This thing is dedicated to all the goth twinks in my heart, all the strangers who have kept me company on the dance floor throughout the years, and of course Numbers itself.

I made this mix I’ve been trying to make for a while but lacked inspiration for. I have been wanting to combine some hard industrial goth with nightcore forever. Doesn’t industrial sound so much better at 160?

The clash between the hamfisted darkness of late 80’s/early 90’s industrial dance and the lilting, sodapop sounds of giddy nightcore is stressful and tasty af.

The mix is made of mixed emotions, standing on a precipice, and uncertainty. Hope y’all like it .
